"1000 lugares que ver antes de morir" es el nombre de un libro que no hace mucha falta explicar de qué puede tratar.

"1000 places to see before you die" es su título en inglés y Patricia Schultz es el nombre de la escritora que durante 7 años recopiló información e imágenes sobre lo que ella considera son los "1000 indispensables" en lo que a destinos del mundo se refiere. Un número para nada menor (100 ya me parece un número considerable).

El libro tiene casi mil páginas (lo cual teniendo en cuenta que es menos de 1 por destino no parece tanto), y se tradujo al español en 2007 con el nombre de "1000 sitios que ver antes de morir".

El que disfruta de viajar y tiene televisión por cable en su casa (o es asiduo a descargar éstas cosas de internet) debe conocer la serie 12 capítulos que Discovery Travel & Living hizo con una pareja estadounidense a partir del libro.

Estas destinado a fracasar, a menos que conozcas esto…

Tal como lo leíste en el titulo, estas destinado a fracasar a menos de que conozcas lo que voy a compartir contigo en este articulo.

Tu cuerpo y tu mente están diseñados para el fracaso en los negocios y en cualquier cosa que quieras emprender. Vámonos unos cuantos miles de años atrás en la historia de la humanidad antes que llegarán los desarrollos tecnológicos y demás factores que son anti-naturales y a los cuales hemos tenido que adaptarnos prácticamente por obligación y necesidad de nuestro ambiente. Miles de años atrás cuando aun los hombres Vivian en la naturaleza, cazaban y recolectaban comida para alimentarse. Pues en ese entonces por las condiciones de esos momentos y por la evolución natural del ser humano las personas estaban diseñadas física y mentalmente para la supervivencia y lo que esto significa es permanecer con vida el día presente, es decir que no pensaban en el futuro ni en los días venideros. Si una persona encontraba una fruta que podía alimentarlo indiscutiblemente se la va a comer inmediatamente pues su instinto de supervivencia se lo dice. Es de esta forma cómo las personas de este entonces vivían el día a día pensando solo en la satisfacción inmediata que le proporcionaban los recursos que encontraban diariamente.

En el mundo actual los seres humanos seguimos estando preparados física, biológica y mentalmente para las mismas condiciones de esas épocas, pero con la diferencia que vivimos en un entorno diferente. Si has comprendido la magnitud de este concepto sabrás porque a la gente no le queda dinero al final del mes, porque viven al día a día, porque no tienen ahorros suficientes para su futuro, porque si pierden su empleo su mundo entero se va al suelo pues no hicieron nada pensando en su futuro. Todos estos comportamientos son naturales, sin embargo son poco eficientes para vivir en la sociedad y el mundo actual. Teniendo en cuenta estos conceptos podemos afirmar que el cuerpo y la mente de los seres humanos están diseñados para fracasar en los negocios, pues en los emprendimientos de negocios debes sacrificar tu satisfacción inmediata por una satisfacción en el futuro, debes planear en el futuro ¿Crees que es coincidencia que el 95% de las nuevas empresas fracasen en los primeros 5 años? ¿Que la mayoría de nuevos negocios empiezan con un gran potencial y en un punto empiezan a decaer hasta cerrar sus operaciones? No es coincidencia. Es la naturaleza del ser humano que al fin de cuentas es el que maneja las empresas y las organizaciones.

Como te habrás dado cuenta son muy malas noticias esto que tu cuerpo y tu mente están diseñados para el fracaso en los negocios, sin embargo existe una solución para todo ello y te la voy a dar hoy, así que solo sigue leyendo…

La clave para lograr vencer tu mente y tu cuerpo es luchar contra ti mismo ¿luchar contra mí mismo? Si, así es. Si tu mente y tu cuerpo están diseñados para el fracaso en los negocios entonces debes luchar contra ellos, vencer tu propia naturaleza y dominarte a ti mismo. Te advierto que no es nada fácil, yo estoy en el proceso y es algo duro y de dedicación, pero si quieres tener éxitos duraderos en tus negocios es imprescindible que lo hagas.

Seré breve y directo: para lograr dominarte a ti mismo debes empezar a generar nuevos hábitos que te lleven a generar los resultados que quieres en tu vida. Veamos cómo:

1. Metas claras: antes que nada es básico que sepas para dónde vas y qué quieres exactamente en la vida, puedes decir "quiero ser un gran empresario" pero eso es muy general debes tener metas suficientemente claras y especificas del estilo "quiero tener una empresa de producción y comercialización de alimentos, que tenga sede en la ciudad de Madrid en España para finales del año 2015". Escribe tus metas en un lugar visible puede ser en una hoja y léelas lo más que puedas todos los días.


2. Investigar: investiga quién en la historia de la humanidad ya logró lo que tú quieres lograr o algo muy similar, averigua muy bien todo de esa persona: su historia, sus costumbres, su forma de hablar, qué pensaba y que hacía.


3. Pagar el precio: tu sueño y tu meta tiene un precio que no está fijado en dinero si no en esfuerzo, sacrificio, miedo, superar ciertas barreras, trasnochadas, etc. Al averiguar en tu investigación a la persona que ya logró lo que tú quieres te darás una gran idea del precio que debes para llegar a él, si estás dispuesto a pagar ese precio y hasta más muy seguramente vas a llegar a tu sueño, de otra forma no lo harás.


4. Desarrollar los hábitos necesarios: ya que identificaste el precios que debes pagar debes definir que hábitos te permitirán pagar el precio, si lo que quieres es tener la empresa de alimentos seguramente debes desarrollar hábitos de capacitación en temas de alimentos y de negocios, debes buscar hacer tu plan de negocio, debes buscar aliados, debes diseñar el nombre y logro de tu empresa etc. Pero las anteriores son solo acciones que debes hacer, esas acciones deben estar enmarcadas en un habito, para la capacitación puedes desarrollar el habito de leer y capacitarte todos los días media hora en la noche después de tu trabajo y así con cada cosa que debes hacer.


5. Persistir: siempre debes seguir adelante, vas a atravesar por muchos momentos difíciles y muy duros, pero si te rindes ahí habrá quedado todo. Si sigues tu sueño aun vive en ti y no descansarás hasta volverlo una realidad.

Como te das cuenta lograr el éxito en los negocios requiere de cosas más allá de la capacitación técnica, requiere de que trabajes en tu desarrollo personal, tu manejo del tiempo, tu motivación y muchos factores más que te llevarán a lograr tener un equilibrio personal y dominar tu vida
